An artistic look at the first three months of 2021 filled with watercolor paintings, cardboard sculptures, still life drawings, photography, and a little pop music.


Scholastic Arts & Writing celebrates its 98th year of national student competition with 81 
Paly Photography and AP Art & Design students winning 203 Scholastic Arts CA State Key Awards for excellence in photography. Students in all classes explored techniques in Landscape, Photography, and Framing during 1st semester to prepare portfolios for Scholastic Arts submission. 38 Paly Photography students won 45 Gold Key awards that forwarded their artwork into the National Medalist competition. On March 17th Scholastic Arts will announce this year's National Medalists. Congratulations to all the students who entered, and best of luck to the 38 students awaiting the national awards.
